Made-to-order items have a special return policy as these are considered “custom” products that are produced on demand.  You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production.  Items that go into production are our “made-to-order” products.   We produce all of these products when you place your order..

You cannot return MTO items due to “Buyer’s Remorse”.  The only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY.  Please see the section “DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS” for additional information.

Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production.  Therefore we are implementing the following Cancellation / Return Policy for our MTO items effective immediately.  Please note this policy is only applicable to those orders that have been submitted but have not shipped.

Once a MTO item has shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.
